Back in the 80s, there were only a couple of magazines covering motocross racing. The leader at the time was Motocross Action Magazine and having your local event grace the pages of MXA was quite an accomplishment. Well, Raceway Park was fortunate to receive 2 1/2 pages in the November 1987 issue covering the NJ State Championship from earlier that summer.
